This week we are taking it back to one of the first interviews I recorded for the podcast. It was with Gregoire "Greg" Tillery of WeDat's (formerly WeDat's Chicken and Shrimp).  Our conversation was recorded in 2018 and, to date, it is still mentioned as one of the most inspirational. That's because Greg was so incredibly transparent about his journey that anyone with a dream could relate to the honesty.  I thought this would be a perfect refresher for all of us aspirers.  So, let's get into it.
