Rhonda talks about how her dad's passion for running inspired her to start running, and she has been running and cycling ever since. She has also overcome Hashimoto's disease, a thyroid disorder, and is now able to do long-distance running again. Rhonda shares that she has been introduced to new things by different people in her life, and she is always ready to try something new.Rhonda Hayden has a Master's in Exercise Physiology and has taught kinesiology. Rhonda talks about how she enjoys running with other people, especially when she is helping someone achieve their goal for the first time. She also talks about her love for pizza and her favorite music to run to, which includes Taylor Swift and Harry Styles. Rhonda's favorite cross-training activity is cycling, and she advocates stretching and traditional yoga. She recalls her least favorite race as the one she ran while unknowingly having Covid-19.Rhonda shares that her favorite workout is a 30 to 40-mile bike ride and a 10K run and that her fun zone for running is around 10 miles. Hayden is an artist and enjoys painting large abstract paintings. Rhonda Hayden is the director of Farm to Fork, which is a fundraiser for Extra Table, a nonprofit that raises money to purchase food for food pantries in Mississippi. Hayden organized the event to combine her love for cycling and running with fundraising.
