A recent report ranked U.S. states by average penis length, with New York reportedly landing near the top at about 7.0 inches. Other states high on the list included California (≈6.9 in), Texas (≈6.8 in), Florida (≈6.8 in), and Georgia (≈6.7 in). As with many studies of this type, the data relies heavily on surveys and self-reported measurements, which means the results might say just as much about confidence as they do about anatomy.
