Angela's running career started off when she ran her first marathon after conquering anorexia as a teenager. After running her first ultra (which was completely unplanned), she got married and had a kid. After a two year break, Angela hopped right back on the running train and qualified for Boston and won first place in her next two ultra races! There is very limited information on how to train for one.-Join an ultrarunning group on Facebook or Instagram-Practice Nutrition while training.
