Did you know October 10th is World Mental Health Day? Are you doing your part to help break the stigma surrounding mental health? Omari, goes into depth and give statistics about mental health, and how mental illnesses affects so many people. He also gives some advice as well some things he does that helps his mental health. Do you have a a young daughter, wife, sister, or mother that you love so much? Did you know that they have the potential or is already facing inequality in the workplace, home, social media , etc? Today, October 11th, is international Day of The Girl. This day focuses attention on the need to address the challenges girls face and to promote their empowerment. Girl and women Empowerment (especially BLACK WOMEN) is key and something that needs to continue to happen. Omari, goes off about what needs to happen and how men can help facilitate change for women. If you were a photographer doing a wedding, and you were denied a break and was not giving a plate of food, would you delete the photos? Omari, gives his insight on the social media saga about whether or not photographers should expect to be fed while doing their service. After meeting your boyfriend or girlfriend's family, and it didn't go as expected because you felt judged, disrespected, and everything in between. Would you want to go to any other event with them being there? Omari gives his advice to one woman, seeking answers to see if she's and asshole for not wanting to be around her boyfriend family, after she was disrespected.
