Did you know October 10th is World Mental Health Day? Are you doing your part to help break the stigma surrounding mental health? Omari, goes into depth and give statistics about mental health, and how mental illnesses affects so many people. He also gives some advice as well some things he does that helps his mental health. Today, October 11th, is international Day of The Girl. This day focuses attention on the need to address the challenges girls face and to promote their empowerment. Girl and women Empowerment (especially BLACK WOMEN) is key and something that needs to continue to happen. Omari, goes off about what needs to happen and how men can help facilitate change for women.
