S1E1 - Why is Agile so popular?

from Scrum Swarm · host Kirill Maksimkin

In this episode I'm going to share with you my thoughts on why Agile in general and Scrum particularly are so popular. That's my first episode and I'm talking about so many topics - Scrum events, Scrum Accountabilities, Agile Transformation and many others - just to start the season up. It helps you to understand a bit who I am in the Agile world and what my overview is. It's my first try to bring to the Agile Community my perception of current problems and challenges. Follow me and share the episode! I'm always glad for your feedback.
