In Australia the trend isn't as noticeable as it is in America. There are four reasons why it makes sense to quitely quit your job and one reason not to.[00:11:00] - Acting your wage is another term used for quietly quitting. If you want to get a leadership role, you need to be acting the wage of the role you want, not just the one you're in.
