I'm reposting this very special podcast that I recorded last year around Thanksgiving. As we are upon the holiday season in our country, I find myself reflecting on gratitude and what it means in my life. In this episode, I'm talking about my view of gratitude, how we can go beyond only being grateful what you agree with or are happy about, and learning how to move to a place beyond ego where you can find gratitude in all things.
