Saat jenazah AM tiba di Palembang pada 23 Agustus 2022, keluarga mendapatkan surat keterangan kematian AM dari Rumah Sakit (RS) Yasfin Darusalam Gontor yang menyatakan bahwa AM meninggal akibat sakit.
