She has held positions as Vice President of Finance and Administration, Dean of Intercultural Development, and Vice President of Organizational Development and Culture Change prior to launching her company, The Folke Institute for Transformative Learning in 2004. As a faculty member for the American Management Association, she teaches numerous courses in their Administrative Professional, Communication, Management and Leadership Portfolios. She has also worked as an adjunct faculty member teaching Organizational Behavior and Effective Multicultural Teams to graduate students.
