"How We VIEW People. We Need To Treat People With Respect And Be Curious About Them And Their Lives." In this episode, we have Gary Moody @garyjmoody with us! Gary is an anthropology Ph.D. candidate researching Western spirit mediums, healers, Spirit Art, and sound healing. He is learning how to sense and talk to spirits for wellbeing.  As he is training under spirit mediums and healers, A LOT of the focus is on identifying his own trauma, self-limiting beliefs, and working through that - but also discovering his True Self and passions.   Gary stresses the importance of respecting and exploring peoples’ belief in spirits as it is fundamental to their wellbeing. In addition, he encourages both spiritual and science-minded people to be more respectful of other’s views – and be open to the idea that we don’t know the true nature of our existence. Gary seeks to work across different belief systems and focus on how we can use alternative sensory practices in mainstream health.   Connect with our guest: Gary’s Instagram @garyjmoody Gary's Website Gary's LinkedIn Find us on Instagram @UnlabellingEffect #Unlabellingeffect New episode releases on the 1st of EACH MONTH on Spotify & iTunes🎙 #daretofeeldaretobereal  #mentalhealth #mentalwellbeing #mentalwellnes #unlabellingeffect #daretofeeldaretobereal #daretofeel #daretobereal#mentalhealthpodcast #selfdevelopment #selfworth #mindfulness #spirituality #healing #therapy #stillness #lifestyle #spiritart #soundhealing #trauma
