Same Storm, Different Boat

We are not having the same experience.  While I can't fathom how people can be murdered in cold blood in broad daylight and only face repercussions due to excessive public outcry, the fact remains that murderers are only being brought to justice for fear of public condemnation. As a cishet woman of colour, I've had my fair share of discrimination.  But I'm not going to let those ignorant words and actions derail me from what I was put here to do. In this episode, I break down what each of us can do to address our systemic biases.  We ALL have them.   Doing the work will effect change one individual at a time.
