SAVED BY GRACE, SUSTAINED BY POWER

from The Kingdom Of God First Podcast. · host Tewe Kolade Felix

Scripture “For by grace you have been saved through faith… not of works… For the kingdom of God is not in word but in power.” — Ephesians 2:8–9; 1 Corinthians 4:20 Devotional Message: Salvation begins with grace—God’s unearned gift that brings us into new life through Christ. We are not saved by effort, perfection, or good works, but by God’s mercy alone. Grace opens the door to redemption and restores our relationship with God. Yet the Christian journey does not stop at salvation. The same God who saves by grace sustains us by His power. Daily living, obedience, endurance, and victory over sin are made possible through the power of the Holy Spirit working within us. Grace brings us in; power keeps us standing. When you rely on God’s power, you are strengthened to live out the life grace has given you. You are not left to struggle alone. The power of God enables you to grow, overcome, and walk in purpose until the end. Today, Ask Yourself Am I relying on God’s power to live the life His grace has given me? Prayer Almighty Father, thank You for saving me by Your grace. Help me to depend daily on Your power to live for You. Strengthen me through Your Spirit to walk in victory, obedience, and purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
