from The Healing Grove Podcast

Scott Forsgren was in his 20s when he was struck down with a mysterious medical illness that ultimately turned out to be a combination of Lyme, multiple co-infections, mold, and a host of other issues that sadly are all too common in our toxic world. Forty-five doctors later, he finally had a diagnosis and a treatment plan. Scott eventually regained his vitality, but wow! What a journey. Ever since then, Scott Forsgren has been on a quest to share his learnings with the world, via a regular blogcast, a website, and through his informative newsletters--all for free. Visit his website here: https://www.betterhealthguy.com In this talk, Scott walks us systematically through the eleven steps that he believes need to be at least considered for anyone struggling to recover from a complex, baffling illness--or to prevent one from occurring in the first place. He then takes a deeper dive into each step, providing an almost encyclopedic delivery of everything he has found useful in that regard. The Healing Grove Playbook is now available for purchase!
