Her career has been dedicated to developing and implementing holistic marketing, sales, and pursuit processes that align with best practices and win work.  She regularly serves as a trainer and workshop leader in her roles at work and throughout the industry, including for the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).  She also regularly presents on marketing and pursuit best practices to small and diverse-owned businesses throughout California.Krystn serves as the marketing manager for Burns & McDonnell’s California regional operations where she is responsible for strategic marketing and pursuit efforts across the state. Krystn is currently serving a three-year term for the APMP International executive committee as vice chair, chair, and past chair. She previously served in various board of director roles, including chapter chair, for APMP California, APMP Greater Midwest, and APMP National Capital Area chapters. In 2018, Krystn was selected as the APMP Bid & Proposal Industry Executive of the Year and recognized as an APMP Fellow, the organization’s highest honor.Support the show
