Most recently he has served as Executive Director of the MdTech Division, Tech Council of Maryland and the Executive Director, Tech Council of Maryland Foundation. His experience includes senior management roles working with both domestic and foreign economic development offices and boards to develop stategic plans and then execute that plan. Rick has been part of international business development teams for several associations.
