from THE POWER WITHIN · host Trevor Eivers

On this weeks episode of the podcast I spoke to hypnotherapist Rosie Callaghan. Rosie specialises in Weight Loss, Anxiety and Depression. She is the owner of Irish Hypnosis Cabinteely and the Weight Loss Clinic. She has a strong passion for helping people. Rosie is extremely passionate about mental wellness. She uses hypnosis to help you reprogramme your subconscious mind to be the best you can be. She believes she can help you live life to the full and not be looking back on the past. It’s a matter of hitting the emotional reset button within your subconscious mind. Her motto is 'Life is for living today!'... We had a great chat/discussion on the podcast, as I got to know more about Rosie and the great work that she does. Make sure to check it out!
