A married woman cannot make a deed without her husband's sign either in New York or Ohio.   Had I not better send back to you the one I have and get another one.  I shall take your advice what is best to do. It is not worth while to spend any more time or money on it.  It will be sold for taxes in a short time and if I want it I can bid it.
