Session 002: Jesse Wilson | Jubël

Ross, Tom and Henry are joined by Jesse Wilson for Session 002. Jesse is Co-Founder of Jubël - a peach-flavoured beer inspired by demi-pêche, the French tradition of pouring peach cordial into a pint of lager. Jesse tells the story of Jubël, from the initial idea on a university ski trip to the point where he and business partner Tom decided to leave their graduate jobs and pursue the business full time. He explains how Jubël secured their first investment, and talks through the challenge of learning how to make a peach-flavoured beer with no prior knowledge.
