Too many women are busy doing all the things. Trying to be a good mumma, a good wife, a good business woman, a good employee, a good housekeeper, a good cook, a good friend ... and in the search for goodness, there's too much on the plate. There's nothing wrong with wanting to be good at all those things, and to strive for excellence. But excellence is in the quality, not the quantity. We don't need to do more. We need to do less. We need to do the important things. And we need to do them in the right order. In this episode we talk about the eMyth principles to help reframe the work we are doing in our business, and what we can do to set ourselves up for success without the overwhelm.
