Is there a caste system? Another strong episode in a fantastic season with only a couple jokes that didn’t age well! We check in on the fashion of AJLT Season 3, and speculate about what the heck type of event everyone is attending dressed in all black! On the episode proper, Carrie once again mis-interprets a small event and blows it up into cheating (?) with a lowly cater waiter, Samantha dates a man who presents as well less rich than she is but he has some kind of kink “servant” (their words not ours) living with him. Charlotte dates a movie star who shockingly turns out to be a dirtbag, and Miranda and Steve break all of our hearts, for the first, but definitely not the last, time.
