Small Business Owner

from JOIN UP DOTS - GET RICH & LIVE FREE (Business Coaching With A Touch Of Life Coaching Too) · host David Ralph

Today's guest joining us on the show learned about small business from his family who were in the barbershop and auto salvage yard businesses. He climbed the corporate ladder outside of the family business, working in distribution, manufacturing and engineering consulting and professional services. He's a 3 time INC 5000 honoree after becoming the CEO of a 17 year old cash strapped company and growing it at 50 percent per year for five straight years. He accomplished that by bootstrapping the business without outside money. He now helps small business owners run profitable and well respected companies through his consulting firm. As he says "My dad was a serial small business owner. I've known the challenges of building a small business all my life. I took what I learned at the family dinner table added in some education, and I've had success most people would love to have. Let me tell you building a business is hard, but it doesn't have to be hard forever. So today I share my business tips to help as many small business owners as I can create the success they want in their companies." So when did business become easier for him, and he moved away from the hard times? And why do some people stay trapped in to the build forever, without gaining the true rewards. Well lets find out as we bring onto the show to start joining up dots with the one and only Mr Philip Williams Show Highlights During the show we shared such deep conversations such as: We discuss the basis of setting up a sound financial accounting system from the very first day of entrepreneurship.
