Is Snowflake worth 80 times annual sales? Data is the new oil, but can Saas player Snowflake compete with Microsoft, Amazon, and Google? Snowflake is currently worth around $60 billion and became the biggest software IPO when it went public last year, raising $ 3.4 billion. Shares opened at $245/share after pricing its IPO at $120/share. It’s investors included Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway, which invested in its first IPO since Ford Motor Company in 1956.
