My guest today, on the Steve Jobs inspired Join Up Dots free podcast interview is with a lady who connected with me with the words if you like the cut of my jib" as we say in Ireland. And it was job done, get her on the show. You see not only is she being hugely authentic and not talking the way that businesses try to conduct themselves, she is speaking the language of the receiver and that is so important.
