In this short episode I’m nerding out on how the word hole becomes whole when you add a W to it.  Just that one letter shifts something that is empty by definition into something that is complete.   Lately I’m realizing that one shift in my mindset can make the difference between always needing to be filled, and feeling organically and unconditionally fulfilled.  In this episode I share examples from my lived experience.  So what is that one shift?  We’ll explore it in part 2! Grab a comfy seat, pen and paper, because I offer a short breathing and writing exercise to complete after listening.   To connect with me, Rebecca: Wanna start a podcast, but overwhelmed by the technology?
