Building a platform called THE CHAIR is a Black and Brown centered tech platform dedicated to supporting people on their hair journey. You can design hairboards, connect to hair stylists, and share hair care tips all in one space for a more joyous and streamlined experience. I built THE CHAIR Podcast to highlight hair journeys. A reminder to keep creating magic. As people sit in THE CHAIR you will get more than just hair stories. You will be immersed into experiences surrounding education, entrepreneurship, and identity. Cheryl Kiser started the Institute for Social Innovation 14 years ago with no road map except incredible and durable relationships and a vision for a place where students could unapologetically challenge the role of business in society. Her vision was to cultivate leaders who would use the power of entrepreneurship and business to advocate actively for equitable, responsible and values-driven practices within all organizations. Her passion is to influence and support our leaders to create businesses that address society's most urgent unmet needs through market-based strategies.
