Hi beautiful Souls, I was connected with this loving human being through our spiritual and empowered book mentor & coach Emma Hamlin. Julie has a depth and authenticity that resonates with my frequency. Julie Thayer is an international best-selling author of her book Reclaimed and I help women overcome pain, reclaim their lives, and feel good again. She will share her powerful and empowered story of being an empath, intuitive, and introverted, growing up as a high achiever athlete competing for OS. It was all connected to the results, to perform on a high level and the pressure she felt from the inside. She developed an eating disorder. I am certain that this episode will resonate with a lot of you souls who ever felt the darkness within you, and that you are never alone. Julie’s story will give you comfort that there is always a way out to live from love and light. Julie was an athlete swimmer while growing up and, she did not align with being that. She will share about being extreme in her emotions, sadness, and heaviness at the age of 12. The courage she had to seek out for help by herself. How she shifted from a deep depression, overcame the eating disorder and had multiple attempts to commit suicide. She got married and had a son at the age of early 30s. She thrived and expanded in the good stuff and had the tools in the tough times. The importance of doing mental health with daily habits 2017 she went from light to darkness and attempted to commit suicide once more. All the capacity was gone. How Julie could break free from the guilt and shame. The yoga was so much more than the physical aspect of her healing journey and the way she teaches and guides her clients today. The way Julie has shifted the pain and learned from her story to serve the community, make a difference in the world and leave a legacy.
