Montana Hackett, President of the Canadian Federation of Medical Students (CFMS), gives a glimpse into the upcoming three Specialty Café Live episodes.   The Royal College gathered nine passionate specialists at the CFMS Spring Meeting in Quebec City (April 2023) to talk about their specialties: joys, challenges, work/life balance (yep – it's possible), career paths, rural and remote practice, and more.   The conversations are informal and fun with loads of frank insight into each panel member's journey to being a specialist.
