Spoken From the Heart...Steve Moore

from The Flower Podcast · host Scott Shepherd

Our love of flowers and the human spirit, our passion for creativity, inspiration, and encouragement will always connect us, and I am grateful to share this journey with you. For the first time since we started our podcast almost 2 years ago, we didn't air an episode last week. Wanting to be sensitive and not creating a platform that seemed self serving or like a personal promotion, we choose to press pause. So, for this week, we decided to reach out to one of our past guests from this season, Steve Moore. Sharing from his heart Steve invites us into his journey about family, his own experiences with racism and his personal thoughts on moving forward. Nothing said in this episode is meant to over simplify or understate the issues in our country involving racism. The conversation has obviously already begun, but it's my hope that this will help strengthen our community. My vision for The Flower Podcast has always been and will continue to be to make the floral journeys of our amazing guests known and be a supporting voice in the flower community.
