Join us as we discuss ‘Monastery Goodies’ —a department in a convent of the Dominican Contemplative Tradition, which consists of Nuns who make an extraordinary pumpkin bread.We conduct readings on the Song Sparrow, a book from 1932 by Margaret Morse Nice -perhaps theirs is the wisdom we should be paying more attention to. The usual smorgasbord of music is provided at the end to soothe all of your sorrows.Also included: Confessions at the ATM; being harassed by an older man for wearing a mask, and Mom thinks the virus was planned. I can't stop envisioning X-mas tree lots in November, where Santa Claus is wearing a mask, holy hell. The best way to deal with trauma and change is to add a new ritual to your day.
