The New Jersey-born singer/songwriter who got his start fronting bands like Toy Soldiers, is a self-possessed engine of a talent who fills every track with nerve, velocity and heart. He’s played Coachella, Bonnaroo, and SXSW and toured with everyone from Spoon to Wilco. What does his music sound like? Good question.
