Sudden Death December - Patrick Oborn and Mike Greer

On this episode of the Headlamp Hour we talk with Patrick Oborn and Mike Greer who just competed in Sudden Death December. What is Sudden Death December you ask? It is an individual, backyard ultra of sorts, last-one standing style. It actually starts with “No Rest November” where you run at least 10k per day everyday in November, then starting December 1st you run 11k. On December 2nd you run 12k, and you add 1k per day, everyday until you can’t go any longer.
