Surrendering to Joy

When was the last time you experienced joy? Do you remember what it felt like? So often we're told by voices outside ourselves what should bring us joy and what it should feel like within us. We can be convinced that joy is simply possessing, conquering, or succeeding, but it doesn't have to be. In today's episode I'm examining the concept of joy; how we can define it and what it means to experience it and then surrender to it.
