The episode reinforced the 2 to 3 day per week strength training I have been doing over the last 4 years. Also, having a physical therapist discuss this topic was great. Like running, being consistent with strength training is not only important for running but also conducting everyday functional activities. Great episode. I enjoy this podcast with great and relevant running topics. Keep up the good work Claire. Thank you.
