Dale shares how she started her small fried pie business and also shares one of her favorite go-to recipes that she and her husband Shawn Poynter enjoy. Shawn is an extremely talented editorial and portrait photographer. Iva Spoon Wilde, of Walland, TN - Iva shares her recipe for her homemade peach filling, and how she makes her pie crust and fried pies. And Iva is the woman who at the age of 6 could dress a chicken. Her Grandmother taught her to do that.
