Recentemente, foi encomendada uma pesquisa para avaliar qual candidato seria mais viável para a candidatura, que apontou o nome da senadora Simone Tebet (MDB). Porém, o PSDB vem sendo pressionado pelo ex-governador João Doria, que exige que o partido respeite o resultado das prévias tucanas, que o elegeu como o candidato do partido. A crise na sigla é visível e pode impactar o acordo de candidatura única costurado entre os partidos, e os nossos especialistas avaliam essas movimentações. Enquanto isso, na agenda de privatizações do governo, o Tribunal de Contas da União aprovou nesta semana o processo da Eletrobras. A estatal é responsável por quase um terço da capacidade de geração de energia do Brasil. Com a privatização, o governo pretende obter R$ 67 bilhões, divididos entre outorgas pagas à vista à União, um depósito à CDE (Conta de Desenvolvimento Energético) e investimentos na bacia do rio São Francisco. Também nesta semana, o ministro Dias Toffoli do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), rejeitou a ação movida pelo presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) contra o ministro Alexandre de Moraes, relator do inquérito das fake news. Bolsonaro acusa o ministro de abuso de autoridade após ter sido incluído no inquérito. Em sua decisão, Toffoli afirmou que nenhum dos atos do magistrado apontados por Bolsonaro constitui crime.
