And even if you aren't asking I am going to tell you as that is my job as a professional podcaster. Businesses thrive on service, and the goodwill provided by customers who are delighted with the service that they have received is the greatest gift they can get. But how many people actually ask for someone to record a video that they can place on the website, or email marketing telling future customers about their experience. They don't as it feel like an intrusion into the whole customer experience, and subsequently miss this powerful boost to their business growth.
