God tells us not to worry about anything. Instead, we should rejoice in the Lord and be thankful for all things. Sometimes, it is extremely difficult to even think of being thankful, like in those really tough times.  When we go into those times of struggle with thankfulness of things like God's provision and his comfort, we will discover that peace from God that really does surpass our understanding.  Have you ever thought, how does "so and so" seem so strong? Or how is she so peaceful? It really is hard to grasp how someone can be going through so much and keep a smile on their face or how they talk about God taking care of them. And even crazier, they are grateful. We challenge you to find God in all things and go to him with thankfulness. It will change the way you look at everything and we dare to say, you might find that peace for yourself. 

PHILIPPIANS 4: 4–7 (ESV)

4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. 5 Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; 6 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
