When Juliane wakes up, everything is quiet. The ground beneath her is wet and muddy, and above her, palm leaves shield her from the sun. Juliane has just woken up in the middle of the Amazon rainforest. She has no idea how long she’s been lying there, unconscious and alone. She calls out for her mother- for someone, anyone.
