This race features a 10k, half marathon, and 17 mile distance that takes you along the Bear River and the beautiful Wyoming Landscape. With well groomed trails and minimal elevation this race is perfect for beginner trail runners.Melody and Jacob discuss the creation of the race and give the details of their experience of becoming race directors. The couple also provides personal training updates, reflecting on their experiences as parents and how it affects their running routines.
