Send us Fan MailThis week we are bringing back an oldie but goodie for you to listen to. The episode featured Michael Smith, founder The Carlton Smith Music Group as we discussed how the music industry has changed. Some would have argued, and probably still would, that the music industry is dead. Michael showed us it's not dead at all. Now, in order to survive in the game, you have to know what the rules are. You have to know how to protect your interest and how to find the right connections.  Michael got his start in the music business in New York, the city known as the birthplace of hip hop, freestyle, doo-wop, bebop, disco, punk rock, and new wave. While there he worked as a  Radio DJ and also held positions as an on-air personality and associate producer. He has been featured on projects listed in Amazon Studios, MSG Networks, and BET. Check out what Michael had to say and for those not in the music biz, you'll want to listen and learn how these tips apply to your business or career.  Stay tuned throughout the year, we may be able to have Michael join us again. Here's to YOUR success!
