The C.O.W.S. Dr. Ruby Lathon Part 2: Plant-Based Eating and Racism

from The C.O.W.S.

The Context of White Supremacy welcomes the return of Dr Ruby Lathon. A certified holistic nutritionist, wellness coach and an advocate for the life-saving benefits of plant-based nutrition, we first spoke with Dr. Lathon earlier this year before The C.O.W.S. 10-Year Anniversary Yoga Retreat. Listeners were so impressed with her information that they asked if we could have her back regularly to assist with diet recommendations. We'll ask Dr. Lathon what she recommends for people who switch to plant-based diets but feat they will lose an unhealthy amount of weight. We'll also ask for her views on so-called energy drinks - the sugary and caffeine infused beverages that many scarf down to get through their work or school day. #PlantBasedEatingCountersRacism INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 605.313.5164 CODE 564943#
