The C.O.W.S. Neutralizing Workplace Racism 04/05/19

from The C.O.W.S.

The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Friday weekly forum on neutralizing Workplace Racism. This program is specifically produced to improve non-white people's problem-solving skills and refine how black people think, speak, act and control emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've pieced together a code to minimize problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, bypass demotions, write-ups, terminations or other forms of violence we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to call in with particulars. We always appreciate the chance to learn about the experiences of "black entrepreneurs." Please, share with us how being "self employed" improves your work experience. We'll continue to explore how attempted counter-racists can best utilize recording devices to solve problems without creating new problems in the workplace. A listener wrote in about her troubles with a black male co-worker; apparently this male makes a habit of harassing other black workers - even when he's "off the clock." We'll explore who is responsible for this misconduct and explore strategies to neutralize anti-blackness in the workplace. #WorkplaceRacism INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 605.313.5164 CODE 564943#
