The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly forum on Workplace Racism. This broadcast is specifically engineered for problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and govern our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have discovered the optimal way to reduce problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other horde of obstacles we generally experience under White Supremacist working conditions should make sure to dial in and share particulars. Victims of Racism who are "self-employed" are encouraged to reveal their experiences with Racism as an entrepreneur. We'll solicit suggestions from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment.
