It is characterized by a subjective confidence in someone's intentions and abilities to protect one's well-being, often requiring the trusting party to risk potential harm or loss. So, learn to trust again because it is part of your mental health status. Engage again. Practice honesty. Be consistent. And learn to trust again because it is part of your journey of inner healing.
