As a coach and I have been in the coaching industry for about 7 years, I have come to realize that this industry has two different sides. In the Dark Side of Coaching I discuss how coaches need to be in integrity and what happens when we lose ourselves or come into coaching with the wrong intentions. With the rise of cults and false spiritual "gurus" comes the opportunity to look at what it really means to be a leader in the world of personal development in the 21st century. In this podcast I share about the need for coaches to: 1) check their egos and ask themselves if they need "followers." 2) Release the hustle mentality and realize that hustling has its foundations in the patriarchy.
