The format on which mind operates is challenge and response from moment to moment. There is auto arising of challenge. Mind translates the challenge as good or bad. If the judgment is kept at bay, response is relaxed and conscious. The ground is realized. There is no end to the stimuli, which scratch the mind to do, to act, to move, to go ahead. Everything arises as stimuli and response for the individual. You can not come out of this format. Whatever knowledge you have at any moment is sufficient to meet the challenge fully. You automatically meet the challenge fully, respond to the challenge fully-when you do not escape the uneasiness, uncomfortableness, any challenge is giving. It is not that challenge should not cause a stir. Challenge must stir you and in awareness that stirring withers away. All the out side impacts are causing a stir in you, either positively or negatively or neutrally. There is not a single moment when this stir is not there. The unified field includes the stirring and withering away. The field is self-sustained. Now one sees auto disturbance and auto adjustment from moment to moment, which is the movement of Life.
