Emily Manternach describes herself as a self-actualist  which is about learning continuously, figuring out new things, knowing who you are living for your purpose, and then being able to share that - how divine - it speaks of all things for wholeness.She is a yoga guide, life coach and ayurvedic counselor, building upon her dreams and goals to support others for wellbeing.Ayurveda, yoga, Pilates and Barre are part of my training as well as my life goal of being active and healthy.
