Michael talks about how he used his life experience with mental health challenges in his family to support his three sons and make his way through life after loss, the frustration of not being able to find people who had gone through similar experiences, and how he now helps others who have lost loved ones to suicide through their own journeys.     If you are in crisis or know someone who is...please call:     Suicide Lifeline at 1-800- 273-8255 or text the word "help" to 741-741 http://afsp.org/get-help     Michael Puldy, CEO of Puldy Resiliency Partners, has a thirty-plus-year career dealing with disasters, crises, and crazy adventures.
