Detective English is faced with missing boats, four missing people, and no viable suspects. Despite his boss's orders to "solve it as quietly as we can," the case gains national attention. Broken hearts, crooked business deals and religious zeal gone awry are the undercurrents drawing Chas deeper into the case and danger....
